cup
butter
or extra virgin olive oil
1
tsp
minced garlic
2
tsp
poultry seasoning
¼
tsp
sea salt
½
tsp
fresh cracked pepper
Instructions
Lay sliced bread onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
Melt butter in a bowl, then add minced garlic to the melted butter.
Baste 1/2 of the butter-garlic mixture onto the bread slices.
Sprinkle 1/2 of the poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper onto the buttered bread.
Flip seasoned bread over and repeat the basting and seasoning steps.
Stack the bread slices and cut into 3/4 inch cubes.
Spread the bread cubes evenly across the baking sheet.
Bake in the oven at 350 degrees until golden (for approximately 5 to 10 minutes), turning halfway through.
Remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
Add to salad or use in your homemade dressing or stuffing recipe and enjoy!
